Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging (bundles must be returned as a complete set). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of inspection, and exchanges for a different flavour or size are available, with return shipping covered by Zerup for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Products on subscription require a minimum of three (3) consecutive paid deliveries. You may cancel at any time after your third delivery has been charged.

Your subscription will renew automatically at the frequency selected until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel it through your account or by contacting our team for assistance. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
